On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Robert Patchett of Ottawa be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (English) for a fixed term of three years, effective June 17, 2026.
