On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 89(1) of the Courts of Justice Act, Dianne Carter of Richmond Hill be appointed as Children’s Lawyer for Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective May 1, 2023;

And that Orders in Council OC 1759/2016 and 1089/2022 be revoked effective May 1, 2023.
