On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 9 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act, Kelvin Chan of Richmond Hill be reappointed as a part-time Professional member of the Committee to Evaluate Drugs to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective April 24, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
