On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Andre Thorsen was appointed a part-time member of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a term of two years, effective January 8, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 15/2018;

And whereas Andre Thorsen passed away on February 3, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act, Order in Council O.C. 15/2018 be revoked effective February 3, 2018.
