On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c.16, Bryan P. Davies, of Toronto, be reappointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term commencing on March 19, 2026, and ending on November 22, 2026. Further, Order in Council O.C. 1726/2023 is revoked effective March 19, 2026.
