On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Yugita Looknauth of Whitby be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of five years, effective August 20, 2025.
