On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(2) and 10(1) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c.16, James Dodds, of Toronto be reappointed as a member and designated as Vice-Chair of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the later of March 19, 2026 and the date this Order is made.
