On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Abdalla Abosharia was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective February 23, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 201/2023;

And whereas Abdalla Abosharia tendered his resignation effective January 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 201/2023 be revoked effective January 1, 2024.
