Order in Council 414/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) and sections 3 and 4 of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter O.32,

Thomas Laughren of Porcupine

be reappointed as Commissioner and re-designated as Chair of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
