On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Theresa McGee was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 28, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 64/2023;

And whereas Theresa McGee tendered her resignation effective February 10, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 64/2023 be revoked effective February 10, 2024.
