On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 5 of the Ontario Heritage Act,

Naseem Shad of Bolton

be appointed as a director of the board of directors of the Ontario Heritage Trust to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
