On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Pesticides Act,

Tibor Szabo of Moffat, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Pesticides Advisory Committee effective May 6, 2018 to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding beyond December 31, 2018.

[Mr. Szabo’s appointment by Order in Council 559/2015 will expire on May 5, 2018.]
