On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 2 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Act, 1922, as amended by the Lake of the Woods Control Board Amendment Act, 1958,

David Clarke of Peterborough

be appointed as alternate part-time member of the Lake of the Woods Control Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
