Order in Council 460/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 29 of the Securities Commission Act, 2021,

1. The adjudicators of the Capital Markets Tribunal (the “Tribunal”), other than the Chief Adjudicator, shall each be remunerated at a rate of $918 per diem.
2. The adjudicators of the Tribunal shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Tribunal in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet directives.

And further, Order in Council O.C. 548/2022 be revoked, effective the date this Order comes into effect.

And further, this Order shall come into effect on April 1, 2026.
