On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 2 of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 (“Act”),

  1. The Chair of the Financial Services Tribunal (“Tribunal”) shall be remunerated at a rate of $867 per diem.
  2. The two Vice-Chairs of the Tribunal shall respectively be remunerated at a rate of $680 per diem.
  3. The Chair and two Vice-Chairs of the Tribunal shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Tribunal in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet directives.

And further, Order in Council O.C. 470/2018 be revoked, effective the date this Order comes into effect.

And further, this Order shall come into effect on April 1, 2026.
