On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1706/2007, dated June 27, 2007, the Species at Risk Program Advisory Committee was established to provide advice to the Minister responsible for the administration of the Endangered Species Act, 2007 on specific initiatives under the Endangered Species Act, 2007, and provide such other assistance as may be required by the Minister;

And whereas the Government of Ontario wishes to revoke Orders in Council O.C. 1706/2007;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1706/2007 is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
