On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council O.C. 1274/2016 dated August 31, 2016, Robert Devitt was appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as hospital supervisor for the Public General Hospital Society of Chatham; St. Joseph’s Health Services Association of Chatham, Incorporated; and Sydenham District Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the “Hospitals”) under subsection 9(1) of the Public Hospitals Act;

And Whereas subsection 9(4) of the Public Hospitals Act provides that the appointment of a hospital supervisor is valid until terminated by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 9(4) of the Public Hospitals Act, O.C. 1274/2016 appointing Robert Devitt as supervisor for the Hospitals is terminated effective as of 11:59:59 pm on March 31, 2018.
