On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024

  1. May 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024, c. 28, which amend the Family Law Act, come into force:

    Schedule 9, s. 1-3.

  2. May 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024, c. 28, which amends the Family Responsibility and Support Arrears Enforcement Act, 1996, comes into force:

    Schedule 9, s. 4.

  3. May 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024, c. 28, which amends the Interjurisdictional Support Orders Act, 2002, comes into force:

    Schedule 9, s. 5.
