On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024

1. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024, c. 7, which amends the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act, comes into force:

   s. 1.

2. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024, c. 7, which amend the Connecting Care Act, 2019, come into force:

   s. 3, 11.

3. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024, c. 7, which amends the McMichael Canadian Art Collection Act, comes into force:

   s. 4.

4. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024, c. 7, which amends the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation Act, comes into force:

   s. 5.

5. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024, c. 7, which amends the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act, comes into force:

   s. 6.

6. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024, c. 7, which amends the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion Act, 2007, comes into force:

7. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024, c. 7, which amends the Ottawa Convention Centre Corporation Act, comes into force:

8. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024, c. 7, which amends the Royal Ontario Museum Act, comes into force:

9. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024, c. 7, which amends the Science North Act, comes into force:
