Order in Council 473/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Tyendinaga, County of Hastings, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation being:

1. part of Lot 6, Concession 1, North of the Road, shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Reference Plan 21R-24826 (Ministry Plan P-3102-55) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Hastings; and
2. part of Lots 30 and 31, Concession 1, North of the Road and part of the Road Allowance between Lots 30 and 31, Concession 1, North of the Road, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Reference Plan 21R-24817 (Ministry Plan P-6028-28) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Hastings,

be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
