On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Russell, County of Russell, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being part of Lot 22, Concession 6, and shown as Part 2 on Reference Plan 50R-11627 (Ministry Plan P-6084-38) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Russell, be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
