On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway, in the City of Vaughan (Geographic Township of Vaughan), in the Regional Municipality of York, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being Part of the West Half of Lot 16, Concession 9 (Geographic Township of Vaughan), shown as Part 1, 65R-37478 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5084-0171) and being Part of PIN 03320-0249(LT), be:

  1. designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended; and
  2. transferred to the Corporation of the City of Vaughan, and be vested in and under the jurisdiction and control of the Corporation of the City of Vaughan, on and after the day on which this order is approved, pursuant to Section 29 (4) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended.
