Order in Council 478/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of a highway in the Town of Innisfil (Geographic Township of Innisfil), County of Simcoe, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2756-0216, filed with the Geomatics Central of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, Ontario on the 6^th day of November 2025, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
2. the portions of highway in the Town of Innisfil (Geographic Township of West Gwillimbury), County of Simcoe, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2759-0130, filed with the Geomatics Central of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, Ontario on the 6^th day of November 2025, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
