On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Writs be issued for by-elections to be held in the Electoral Districts of Lambton—Kent—Middlesex and Milton rendered necessary because of the resignations of Monte McNaughton and Parm Gill, members for the said electoral districts,

  1. the day for the close of nominations and the grant of a poll where required shall be Thursday, April 18, 2024;
  2. the day for the taking of a poll shall be Thursday, May 2, 2024.

This order is made under section 9.1 of the Election Act.
