On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway, in the Township of Clearview (Geographic Township of Nottawasaga), in the County of Simcoe, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being Part of Road Allowance between Lots 24 and 25, Concession 1 (Geographic Township Nottawasaga), shown as Part 1, 51R-45156 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1904-0326) and being Part of PIN 58238-0002(LT), be:

  1. designated as King’s Highway, pursuant to Section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended; and
  2. transferred to the Corporation of the Township of Clearview and be vested in and under the jurisdiction and control of the Corporation of the Township of Clearview, on and after the day on which this order is approved, pursuant to Section 29 (4) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended.
