On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway, in the Township of Severn (Geographic Township of Tay), in the County of Simcoe, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being Part of the East Part of Lot 17, Concession 12 (Geographic Township of Tay), shown as Parts 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Simcoe as plan 51R-20619 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2749-0063) and being All of PIN 58598-0043(LT), be:

  1. designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended; and
  2. transferred to the Corporation of the Township of Severn and be vested in and under the jurisdiction and control of the Corporation of the Township of Severn, on and after the day on which this Order is approved, pursuant to Section 29 (4) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended.
