On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway, in the City of Thorold (Geographic Township of Thorold), in the Regional Municipality of Niagara, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, described in Schedule “A” attached, be:

  1. designated as King’s Highway pursuant to Section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended; and
  2. transferred to the Regional Municipality of Niagara and be vested in and under the jurisdiction and control of the Regional Municipality of Niagara, on and after the day on which this order is approved, pursuant to Section 29 (4) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended.
