Order in Council 489/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017, Scott Tousaw of Stratford be reappointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending May 30, 2024.

Further, whereas Scott Tousaw was reappointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term ending May 30, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1845/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1845/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
