Order in Council 489/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the County of Middlesex, Geographic Township of Westminster, City of London, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part of the Original Road Allowance abutting Lots 66 to 67 East of the North Branch of the Talbot Road and Concession 4, and part of Lots 66 and 67 East of the North Branch of the Talbot Road, and part of Lot 24, Concession 4 in the Geographic Township of Westminster, designated as PART 2 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Title Division of Middlesex as Plan 33R-20192 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4110-0064), be designated as controlled-access highway, on and after the day on which this Order is approved, pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
