On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Kathryn Grieves of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Kathryn Grieves was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective January 24, 2025 by Order in Council O.C. 1379/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1379/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
