On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Amanda Marshall of Fort Erie be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Amanda Marshall was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective January 7, 2026 by Order in Council O.C. 1622/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1622/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
