On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 6(2) of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act, 2020, S.O. 2020, c.24, Kimberly Fawcett-Smith of Kingston be reappointed as a part-time member and be designated as Vice Chair of the board of directors of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a fixed term until January 1, 2027, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that OIC number 102/2024, dated January, 18, 2024 be revoked effective the day this Order in Council is made.
