On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Kathryn Grieves of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending January 23, 2028.

Further, whereas Kathryn Grieves was reappointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective January 24, 2026 by Order in Council O.C. 1687/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1687/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
