On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(2) of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act, 2020, S.O. 2020, c.24, Michael Ostafichuk of Stittsville be reappointed as a part-time member and be designated as Chair of the board of directors of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a fixed term until February 26, 2027, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that Order in Council 1223/2024, dated September 26, 2024 be revoked effective the day this Order in Council is made.
