On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Securities Commission Act, 2021, James Doris of Toronto be appointed as a part-time adjudicator of the Capital Markets Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
