On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 9 (1) (c) of the University of Western Ontario Act, 1982,

John Bernard Simcoe of Mississauga

be appointed as a member of The Board of Governors, The University of Western Ontario, to serve for a fixed term of four membership years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
