On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario Act, 2005,

Daniel Woolf of Yarker

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the later of April 24, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.
