On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Brenda Gardiner of Burlington be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
