On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3 (2) of the Niagara Parks Act, O.C. 678/2023 dated May 18, 2023 reappointing Jessica Friesen as a member of the Niagara Parks Commission be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
