On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 5 of the Ontario Heritage Act,

John Ecker of Whitby

be reappointed as a director and redesignated as chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Heritage Trust to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 1 year, effective the later of April 18, 2025 or the date this Order in Council is made.
