On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Paul Brennan of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending January 5, 2027.

Further, whereas Paul Brennan was reappointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 6, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 1464/2023; Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1464/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
