On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection 5(2) of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act,

Kenneth Michael Lucyshyn of Wiarton

be appointed as a part-time member of the Niagara Escarpment Commission for a fixed term of 3 years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
