On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Gillian Burton of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Gillian Burton was reappointed as part-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective October 17, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1390/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1390/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
