On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Gurleen Thethi of Simcoe be appointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Gurleen Thethi was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective June 13, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 775/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 775/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
