On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Bernard Trottier of Etobicoke be appointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Bernard Trottier was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective September 29, 2023 by Order in Council O.C. 898/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 898/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is Made.
