Order in Council 558/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 666/2016, dated the 4th day of May, 2016, Paul G. Gardner was reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a period of one year effective from March 9, 2016;

And whereas it is desirable that Paul G. Gardner be further reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act, as amended, Paul G. Gardner is hereby reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a further period of four months, effective from March 9, 2017.
