On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Securities Commission Act, 2021, Deborah Starkman of Toronto be appointed as a part-time director of the Ontario Securities Commission for a fixed term of two years effective the date that this Order in Council is made.
