On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Pay Equity Act,

Patrick M. Kelly of Toronto

be reappointed as part-time alternate presiding officer of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal for a fixed term from May 17, 2018 to December 31, 2018, inclusive.
