On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Karen Mason of Hamilton be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term effective June 1, 2026 and ending January 10, 2029.

Further, whereas Karen Mason was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective January 11, 2026 by Order in Council O.C. 1266/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1266/2025 be revoked effective June 1, 2026.
