On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, Rumina Velshi, of Toronto, be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a part-time member of the Ontario Energy Board for a fixed term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
